Impact Enterprises Launches First Outsourcing Company in Zambia

Outsourcing is a cheap way for companies to get a lot of work done. Since startups are limited on time, they can thrive by outsourcing some of their work to get a lot accomplished in a cost-effective manor.

One of the most usual forms of outsourcing for US companies is to outsource their digital needs to countries like India and China. It is significantly cheaper and the results are more than satisfactory. While India and China are of the more common countries that companies outsource their work to, many others are coming into the mix.

For example, Impact Enterprises is the first outsourcing company located in Zambia.

Dan Sutera, who already started two companies of his own, founded Impact Network, which delivered an e-learning curriculum to eastern Zambia. In 2012, after coming across the idea of impact-sourcing, Dan saw potential for creating a valuable company to help millions of unemployed Zambians find work. In June 2013, Dan teamed up with Dimitri Zakharov and Brett Stickles to launch Impact Enterprises, which hired over 70 Data Specialists in its first year and grew by 30% month after month. As a result, Zambia’s GDP rose 6.5% in 2013.

Impact is revolutionizing the way outsourcing is done by catering it more towards their client. Their services include data entry, web research, lead generation, content management, software testing, and customer support. They hire the top students from local universities, and serve as a cost-efficient, high quality resource for your business.

Their mission is to provide top-of-the-line service for the clients while also providing jobs and employment for Zambian youths.
